An upscale app for a community credit union. Very functional & seamless!
Generally, I like this app. My only complaint is, when I turn on the notifications, I am reminded EVERY MORNING that my Visa bill is due and my payment is $0.00.
I contacted Rivermark twice to find out why their system would repeatedly send a reminder to their customer that they owe nothing on their loan? Their only response was to turn off the reminder. Kind of defeats the purpose of a reminder, which benefits both Rivermark and their customer.
I believe the correct response should be: "Thats a good question and we will try to fix that with the next update to our app."
The new app is way better. It mirrors the online experience pretty well. You can view in greater detail your checking account charges and also the bill pay section is more user friendly. I do wish you could edit bills-to-be-paid on the app but it seems you still need to log online to do that.
Love the simplicity and nice design of the app. Very user friendly and awesome features such as fingerprint and eye scanner to login.

This app is a breath of fresh air in an world of banking apps that are all very similar.
I particularly like that you can see pending transactions, who they are going to and for how much.
The functionality that allows for mobile check deposit is pretty great also.
Some bad moments
Upon re-registering (as instructed!) I somehow lost ability to pay via mobile app. Though I NEVER have been able to make payments online via mobile device online. I contacted the bank 3 times throughout the last 2 months, each time to pay. The bank sends the statements at a ridiculously short amount of time before its due (10 days is NOT ok to pay ontime as I ALWAYS DO)! During contact no one mentioned I needed to completely delete the app for log in to occur. I did this.
APP WONT ALLOW ME TO PAY ANYMORE BECAUSE I DONT HAVE A CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH THEM!

Pretty much the only thing I like is the fast photo check deposits, and its important to note the UI/UX is terrible for checks too. I was really disappointed after all the marketing Rivermark did for the roll out, and to only find a bunch of low tech features. The number one issue is notifications; theyre hours to days late, and the experience to see and clear them is terrible. Additionally the app is very slow. The design seems ported for multiple mobile operating systems. The fonts and typography all fight each other and do not flow well on the human eyes. The navigation is confusing where to find things. Theres no sense of collaborate strategy across the mobile and web apps. I think Rivermark should fire the vendor and develop a better customer experience. I suggested NAMU over a year ago and was completely ignored.
Works okay some of the time. Often locks up when Deposit is pressed and will just spin spin spin. Need to turn off my iphone to continue. Very annoying!!
Im loving the new app. This takes mobile banking to a whole new level.
This new app is awesome! Converted an hour ago. So much better and has so many more features...I think I can use my iPhone for all my banking now. Rivermark is listening..boo Wells Fargo!
