This new app is awesome! Converted an hour ago. So much better and has so many more features...I think I can use my iPhone for all my banking now. Rivermark is listening..boo Wells Fargo!

I dont normally take the time to write a review about an app, but Rivermark deserves a moment of my time. I recently switched to Rivermark as my bank and that was a seamless transition (except for the crappy exit that Wells Fargo gave me). The old Rivermark app wasnt bad.....but this app, it shines. Easy to use, uses a login ID and TouchID once you set it up. Easy to navigate menus, beautiful layout, information presented in the best way possible. They dont make the mistake of cramming too much into one screen, like some do. If youre a Rivermark customer, theres no reason you shouldnt be using this app!

The new app is terrible. Not only can I not access it I cant access my bank account to find out how much money I have. I cant access your customer service. You put me on hold all day long transfer me, hang up on me, never get back to me. This is been an awful experience and Im so disappointed in Rivermark. I used to love banking with Rivermark. Not anymore.

Im disappointed in this app! I was excited to try it out, but found it to be clunky, cluttered and slow. The text size is all over the place and it makes it difficult to read my account info. It also feels a bit like a mediocre mobile site disguising itself as an app. Maybe with some improvements it would be more usable. For now, I much prefer the older app. It runs smoother and is easier on the eyes. Rivermark has been a great bank, but this app is definitely a downgrade.

New app doesnt work! Please fix ASAP

This is terrible! I have a personal account and a business account. On the old app switching between the two was a breeze! It made transferring money between accounts SO easy. This new app is horrible, I have to sign out and enter the whole log in information to for the other account. What happened to the quick access with a 4 digit pin between accounts? As far as I can the Touch ID doesnt work. Between this and your live teller ATMs Im done. I absolutely hate what you guys are doing. Ill be switching all my accounts to a different bank.

I have been trying to register for this app, but it keeps freezing and I just keep getting the spinning wheel. I got as far as the text confirmation of my phone number. I received the message, texted back and got the conformation, but the app wont move past that step and register that the messages came through. Between this and the automated tellers, Im definitely switching banks.

If you cant login, try deleting the app and re-downloading. Also; make sure to update your account (with a computer) by creating a username. This worked for me! As for the app itself, it seems much improved. The resolution has been upgraded for newer iPhones and it allows Touch ID for login. It finally feels modern!

Only 4 stars because I dont like the logout button buried under "more" at the bottom after scrolling. Change that and Ill give you another star! Mobile banking is where its at!

I only have a loan with Rivermark. With the old app I could make a payment with my presaved debit card in seconds, I loved it! Now I can only view the loan which makes the app completely useless to me. There needs to be a payment option.

Is it perfect? No. But its way more useful. I can login with my thumb print, can see all my accounts (kids too), send cash to anyone in my outlook contacts, rename my accounts to something Ill remember, transfer money to all my banks and check how many more debits I need to get 2% on my checking. I accidentally opened another checking account playing around. Wish I could close it online. Eye login is a cool party trick.

I have four business accounts and two personal accounts. Its hard to switch between accounts. Some are mysteriously linked. Theres no nicknames for accounts. They are linked to a single cell phone. This is super confusing and hard to use. The old app was much better in my opinion. I still love Rivermark. I hope they can address issues like these for people with multiple accounts.

I HATE HATE HATE that I can no longer preschedule a transfer between my accounts anymore! You cant do it online anymore either, all you can do is reoccurring on the same day. This is highly inconvenient when trying to coordinate paying bills with pay schedules!!
