The WORST
Upon re-registering (as instructed!) I somehow lost ability to pay via mobile app. Though I NEVER have been able to make payments online via mobile device online. I contacted the bank 3 times throughout the last 2 months, each time to pay. The bank sends the statements at a ridiculously short amount of time before its due (10 days is NOT ok to pay ontime as I ALWAYS DO)! During contact no one mentioned I needed to completely delete the app for log in to occur. I did this.
APP WONT ALLOW ME TO PAY ANYMORE BECAUSE I DONT HAVE A CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH THEM!
Really low tactic to get more accounts RiverMark!
